  • 2 heaping teaspoons Wild Blackberry Truffle

  • Ice

  • 1–2 oz milk of choice (oat or coconut are especially good)

Instructions:

  1. Steep tea in boiling water for 7 minutes.

  2. Strain and let cool slightly.

  3. Pour over ice and add milk.

My mother taught me to forage the land, and the medicinal properties of herbs since I was a child. August of 2018, when the Elderberries were perfectly ripe for the picking, I finally gave in. I made an extra large batch of my Elderberry syrup and offered it for sale. Now here I am, years later, with a thriving small business.
