Refund & Replacement Policy
I want you to love your order!
Every package from The Natural Mama Co is hand-packed by me with care, using protective materials and clearly marked “Fragile” labels to help ensure it arrives safely. While damage is rare, I’m happy to replace items that break during shipping—as long as I receive the necessary documentation within 48 hours of delivery.
What I need from you (within 48 hours of delivery):
To file a claim with USPS, I need clear photos that show the damage and how the package arrived. Please email or text the following to thenaturalmama18@gmail.com or 206-853-4474:

The damaged item, with the broken glass clearly visible

The outer shipping box, showing:

Any visible damage to the box

The fragile sticker

The shipping label

The inside of the box, including packaging materials and how the item was packed
The more photos you can provide, the better the chances of the claim being accepted by USPS. If any of the required images are missing, I may not be able to issue a replacement.
Time-sensitive:
Please make sure to send everything within 48 hours of delivery. USPS requires prompt documentation for damage claims, and I may not be able to accept claims submitted after that window.
If you were out of town or had a unique situation that prevented you from checking your order right away, just reach out. I’ll always do my best to work with you—communication is key.
A quick note:
Once your package is marked as delivered, I’m not responsible for damage caused after delivery—like drops or breaks that happen after the box has been opened.
Local Pickup Information
I offer free local pickup in Maple Valley, WA for customers who’d like to skip shipping and get their order faster.
How it works:

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
When placing your order, choose the "local pickup" option instead of shipping. -
Wait for your “Pickup Ready” email
I’ll prepare your order and reach out within 1–3 business days to coordinate a pickup time. -
Pickup is by appointment only
Once we’ve confirmed a time, your order will be placed in a designated bin outside my home for quick, contactless pickup. The address and instructions will be shared with you directly.

Please be respectful of my space and do not arrive without an appointment. All pickups must be scheduled in advance through direct communication. -
Local pickup is for local customers only.
If you select local pickup but live out of the area (or in another state), I’ll hold your order and contact you. Your order will not be shipped until standard shipping has been paid. -
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of your confirmed pickup date unless otherwise arranged.

I am not responsible for orders left outside beyond the agreed pickup window or exposed to extreme weather conditions.
Subscription Policy
I offer the option to subscribe and save on your favorite products, so you never run out of what you love. Subscriptions can be managed directly from your account at any time.
If you need to cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription, you're welcome to do so any time before your next order processes.
Please note:

Once a subscription order has been processed, it is already in line for fulfillment and cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you cancel a subscription after the order has processed, your subscription will end, but that processed order will still ship as scheduled.
Managing Your Subscription:
To make changes to your subscription, log into your account and click “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you can update the delivery schedule, skip a shipment, change products, or cancel at any time.

I respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as name, email, or address) is used solely to process and ship your order or communicate with you about your purchase. I will never sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties.
