Order Processing
All products from The Natural Mama Co. are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or market events.
Once an order has been prepared and packaged, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available delivery services depending on location and shipping method selected.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
The Natural Mama Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

holidays

natural disasters

incorrect addresses

circumstances outside of our control
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the order may be eligible for reshipment at the customer’s expense, including any additional shipping fees.
If the product cannot be reshipped due to the perishable nature of the items or product condition upon return, the order may be considered fulfilled and may be donated to a local food bank on the customer’s behalf when possible.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Natural Mama Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We will gladly assist in providing any necessary tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

the damaged product

the shipping label
We will review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Maple Valley area.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
If an order is placed for local pickup, the customer is responsible for collecting the order within a reasonable timeframe.
Orders that remain uncollected for an extended period may be considered fulfilled and may be donated to a local food bank on the customer’s behalf when possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, uncollected orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
