Scandal Broth Black Tea
A little scandal makes everything more interesting.
Scandal Broth is a cinnamon spiced black tea with warming cinnamon, clove, bright orange, and a smooth hint of vanilla. Bold and cozy without being overly sweet or aggressively spicy, this loose-leaf black tea has the kind of rich, comforting flavor that works just as well on a chilly fall morning as it does year-round.
A robust black tea base gives Scandal Broth its full-bodied flavor and natural caffeine, while cinnamon chips and ground cinnamon bring plenty of warm spice. Clove adds depth, dried orange and hibiscus give the blend a subtle brightness, and pure vanilla extract rounds everything out with a soft, creamy finish.
If you love cinnamon black tea, orange spice tea, chai-inspired flavors, or cozy spiced teas, Scandal Broth was made for your cupboard. Enjoy it hot with a splash of milk, lightly sweetened with honey, or brew it strong for a spiced iced tea.
And yes, the name has history. “Scandal broth” is an old-fashioned slang term for tea, because apparently sitting around drinking tea and exchanging the latest gossip is a tradition much older than we are.
