Herbal Sleep Tincture
This sleep tincture is a favorite, it is very mild and naturally relaxing. Works well for sleep disturbances, anxiety, insomnia, or calming a restless body. If you have used any kind of “sleepy time tea” and found it to be relaxing and provide sleep-promoting benefits, a tincture should work even better.
What is a tincture?
Simply put, it is a highly concentrated herbal extract. I start with all-natural and organic herbs and soak them in a mixture of premium 100 proof vodka and non-GMO vegetable glycerin.

100 Proof Vodka
Non-GMO vegetable glycerin
Valerian Root
Lavender
Skull Cap
Lemon Balm
