Dried Elderflowers are very commonly used in tea, this delicate herb adds a fresh floral aroma and taste to homemade tea. I hand harvest and dry every flower right here in the beautiful PNW.

Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
To make elderflower tea, put 1 tablespoon dried elderflowers in a cup and fill it up with boiling water. Let steep for 7 to 10 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey to taste.
