Apple Spice Chai is a comforting combination of crisp fall apples and spice. This tea is marvelous, lightly sweet, like warm apples from the oven, with a soft hit a spice to finish. I suggest a heaping teaspoon per 8 oz cup. Sweeten with raw honey and add a touch of cream or soy if desired.
