Sageberry Black Tea
This bold herbal twist on black tea blends the grounding flavor of sage with wild blackberry, floral mallow, cornflowers, and a smooth black tea base. Inspired by misty mountain mornings and berry-stained fingers, Sageberry is earthy, vibrant, and quietly invigorating.

Serve it hot for a crisp morning ritual or chilled with sparkling water for an afternoon lift. However you enjoy it, this blend brings nature’s richness straight to your cup.

Ingredients:
Black tea, sage, blackberry leaf, cornflowers, dried blackberries, mallow petals, pure extract

Black tea | High caffeine | Steep in hot water for 5–7 minutes for best flavor

Sparkling Sageberry Tea Spritzer

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tbsp Sageberry tea blend

  • Ice

  • 3 oz sparkling water

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Fresh sage or blackberry for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil and steep Sageberry tea for 5–7 minutes.

  2. Strain and chill completely.

  3. Pour over ice and top with sparkling water.

  4. Add a squeeze of lemon and garnish with a sprig of sage or a blackberry if you’re feeling fancy.

Perfect for warm afternoons, garden parties, or pretending your to-do list doesn’t exist.

Some of my fondest memories, are sitting in my mothers antique red velvet chairs looking through all her nature books. I have lived in the PNW my whole life,. My mother taught me to forage the land, and the medicinal properties of herbs since I was a child. For years my mother pushed me to create this business, I told her she was "crazy" but little did I know, I was the crazy one! August of 2018, when the Elderberries were perfectly ripe for the picking, I finally gave in. I made an extra large batch of my Elderberry syrup and offered it for sale. Now here I am, years later, with a thriving small business.
