Dried apple and pumpkin create a soft, naturally sweet base, while beet and carrot add earthy depth. Cinnamon and cardamom bring gentle spice and warmth, balanced by hibiscus, pomegranate, and sea buckthorn for a subtle brightness that keeps the cup full and comforting without being heavy.

This is a tea made for crisp mornings, slow afternoons, and evenings when the sun sets just a little earlier.

Dried apple, dried pumpkin, dried beet, dried carrot, hibiscus, cinnamon, pomegranate, cardamom, sea buckthorn, pure extract

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups hot water

  • 2 tablespoons Harvest herbal tea

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • Orange or apple slices

  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Steep tea and cinnamon stick in hot water for 7–10 minutes.

  2. Strain and add orange or apple slices.

  3. Sweeten lightly if desired.

  4. Serve warm for a cozy fall drink, or chill and serve over ice for a bright autumn refresher.

My mother taught me to forage the land, and the medicinal properties of herbs since I was a child.
