Irish Breakfast Black Tea

Ingredients:
Assam black tea, Kenyan black tea

Tea Type: Black tea
Caffeine Level: High
Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon in 8 oz of hot water for 5–7 minutes. Drink hot, preferably with both hands wrapped around the mug.

☕ Morning Mama Latte

A cozy, traditional way to enjoy Irish Breakfast—strong, comforting, and just sweet enough.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon Irish Breakfast Black Tea

  • ½ cup milk of choice (oat milk is especially good)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

  • Optional: dash of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Steep tea in hot water for 5–7 minutes.

  2. Warm milk gently until just steaming.

  3. Strain tea and combine with warm milk.

  4. Stir in honey or maple syrup.

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired and enjoy.

My mother taught me to forage the land, and the medicinal properties of herbs since I was a child.
