This recipe turns Strawberry Bliss into a bright, naturally sweet, iced tea that’s perfect for warm days.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1 tablespoon Strawberry Bliss tea blend

  • 2–3 fresh strawberries, sliced

  • Ice

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Steep the tea in hot (not boiling) water for 3–5 minutes.

  2. Strain and allow the tea to cool completely.

  3. Lightly muddle fresh strawberries in the bottom of a glass.

  4. Fill the glass with ice and pour the cooled tea over top.

  5. Sweeten lightly if desired and stir gently.

Some of my fondest memories, are sitting in my mothers antique red velvet chairs looking through all her nature books. I have lived in the PNW my whole life,. My mother taught me to forage the land, and the medicinal properties of herbs since I was a child.
