HOW DO I STORE MY ELDERBERRY SYRUP AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
*KEEP ELDERBERRY SYRUP IN THE FRIDGE ONCE YOU OPEN IT*
Your elderberry syrup will last approximately 90 days in the refrigerator, do not store in the door. You can also freeze the elderberry syrup in a freezer safe jar, or in ice cube trays for pre portioned out servings. It will stay good in the freezer for up to 6-8 months.

HOW MUCH ELDERBERRY SYRUP DOES MY FAMILY NEED?
Here is a quick reference guide, based on family sizes, for how much elderberry syrup you will need to purchase for a 1-month supply.
An adult serving is 1 Tablespoon.
A child serving is 1 Teaspoon.
The 16 ounce jar = 32 adult size servings & 96 child size servings
The 32 ounce jar = 64 adult size servings & 192 child size servings
One Adult - 16 ouncesTwo Adults - 32 ounces

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE MY ELDERBERRY SYRUP?
This is one of my favorite questions to answer, to me it is so fun to get creative with how we take our Elderberry Syrup.
- Straight off the spoon.
- Mix it in yogurt, juice, apple sauce or oatmeal. Put some over ice cream or fruit.
- Make popsicles
- Create fun drinks, add a drizzle into sparkling water for a healthy "soda"
