Easy Ingredient has been carefully selected, and this tea has been hand-crafted and designed by me. It has a very soft minty flavor with the perfect after tones of lemon, chamomile and lavender. 

Lemongrass - Loaded with Minerals! Includes Calcium, Magnesium, and Iron. Also provides certain Vitamins like Vitamin A and C, Folate, and Niacin.

Lemon Balm - This is a herb that is a part of the mint family. It is strong in both Vitamin B and C. Some of its benefits are, relieving stress or anxiety, boosting cognitive function, helps with insomnia and other sleep disorders, treating cold sores, relieve indigestion and nausea, may ease menstrual cramps and headache pain.

Raspberry Leaf - An excellent source of Potassium. A great source of Magnesium, Calcium, and Antioxidants. Rich in vitamins such as Vitamin B, C, and a number of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and iron. Raspberry leaf assists with Lactation support, Induction of Labor, Weight loss, and premenstrual symptoms.

Valerian Root - This herb has been used since ancient times to assist in improving sleep. Staying calm in stressful situations isn't easy this herb can help ease anxious feelings. In addition to easing stress, it also acts in chronic conditions characterized by anxious behaviors.

Lavender - One of many favorites. Lavender is a staple you should have in your home. Lavender can be used in SO many different ways! It's high in antioxidants and Vitamins A and E. Skull Cap - What is Skull Cap? It is a group of flower plants in the mint family. Previously it was used in traditional ranging from diarrhea to chronic pain. Now it's used for its array of health benefits to relieving anxiety. It has antibacterial and antiviral effects. It also assists with Insomnia and heart health.

Chamomile -  Powerful in antioxidants that help reduce the risk of several diseases. Chamomile is promoted to help boost your immune system, relieves or reduces anxiety and depression, Improves skin health and prevents bone loss, may improve the quality of your sleep, protect against stomach ulcers, nausea and gas. It Helps reduces the risk of several types of cancers. Can promote blood sugar control especially with a meal. Chamomile contains Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, High in potassium, Zinc, Vitamin A, E, C, B-6, and B-12.

HOW TO MAKE SLEEP EASY TEA:
Add one to two teaspoons of tea to 8 to 10oz of boiling water.
Steep for six to seven minutes.
Once finished pour and add some Elderberry Infused Raw Honey for sweetener!
