Original Elderberry Syrup

Elderberry has been used medicinally for presumably thousands of years. There were seeds found in Switzerland that hint that Elderberry was cultivated as early as 2000 B.C.E. Hippocrates (460- 370 BC) and Pliny both write about the Elderberry, noting it's medicinal properties. While Elderberry Syrup has been used for all this time, modern science is finally catching up and giving the medicine the validation it deserves. Numerous studies have found that Elderberry Syrup can reduce the duration of flus, as well as boost the immune system in both the healthy and the ill.
