Elderberry Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces
- 2 cups of berries (fresh or frozen) - blueberries, strawberries, blackberries.
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 3 tablespoons of Natural Mama Co. Elderberry Syrup
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- Optional - Add one scoop of organic greens or protein powder
