Elderberry Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups of berries (fresh or frozen) - blueberries, strawberries, blackberries. 
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 3 tablespoons of Natural Mama Co. Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Optional - Add one scoop of organic greens or protein powder
